Meta Pocket App Tests Prompt-Built Games In Social Feeds
Meta has launched Pocket, an AI platform for making and sharing prompt-built mini games and interactive apps, according to AI Times Korea. A global launch timetable or creator monetisation terms remain outside the public record.

Meta is testing Pocket, a platform that lets users create and share mini games and interactive apps from text prompts, AI Times Korea reported.
The service is currently available only in some countries, and it is not officially downloadable in the United States.
Pocket is designed to make small interactive experiences directly from a user’s request.
Someone could ask for a game that turns flowers into brushes for drawing, for example, and the system would generate an application with that behaviour.
The resulting Gizmos can respond to smartphone touch input and device tilt, play sound effects and music, and support some camera, photo-album and environmental-recognition features.
What Pocket creates
Users can share their Gizmos with friends and browse a feed of interactive content made by people around the world.
That feed gives Pocket a social layer: users are not only generating games and apps, but also discovering and sharing them in a format similar to a social-media content stream.
Meta describes Pocket as a platform for making, sharing and discovering Gizmos.
Its interface remains close to the earlier Gizmo service, including prompt-based generation and a feed for exploring user-made content.
How Gizmo powers the experience
Pocket is based on technology from Atma Science’s Gizmo platform, whose team Meta acquired earlier this year.
Meta hired the Gizmo development group and secured a non-exclusive licence to the technology.
Pocket is the first service identified as integrating that work into Meta’s ecosystem.
Appfigures data cited by AI Times Korea showed that the earlier Gizmo app recorded 635,000 cumulative downloads across iOS and Android and a 98% user-satisfaction level.
Those figures describe Gizmo’s earlier performance, not Pocket’s results.
The limited rollout and wider market
Pocket was registered on Apple’s App Store and Google Play Store on June 29, local time.
Meta has also published help pages for the service, although it has not formally announced Pocket.
AI Times Korea placed the test alongside Meta’s broader AI creation push, including Meta AI image generation, Vibes AI-video features and AI additions to the creator-editing app Edits.
Similar AI-made mini-game platforms are emerging in China and the United States.
The report cited startup Sekai’s $20 million financing round and TikTok’s tests of a mini-game feed.
Meta has not disclosed Pocket’s full country availability list, a global launch timetable or monetisation terms for creators.
