Back End News reports that ASUS Philippines has introduced a refreshed Zenbook 14 family, giving the series separate Intel, AMD and Snapdragon configurations in thin Copilot+ PC designs.

The launch places dedicated on-device AI silicon at the center of the lineup rather than treating it as an optional premium feature.

The processor split defines the range.

Buyers can choose an AA model that reaches Intel's Core Ultra 9 Series 3 tier, a KA model based on AMD's Ryzen AI 7 345, or a QA version using Snapdragon X. The Intel and AMD machines each list neural processing units at as much as 50 trillion operations per second.

The Snapdragon option lists a 45-trillion-operations-per-second NPU.

Those NPUs support AI tasks such as intelligent search and content creation while the main processor handles the rest of the system workload.

The practical question for mobile users is whether that local AI capacity can fit into a machine that still travels like an ultraportable.

The lightest Zenbook 14 configurations are listed at 1.1 kilograms.

Thermals are another part of that balance.

ASUS describes a revised cooling design with a bigger fan, airflow changes and dust protection for more consistent operation over time.

The company also claims as much as 33 hours of battery life, with a small USB-C power adapter that supports quick charging and can be used with other devices.

The chassis keeps the series in a premium laptop category.

The metal body uses a Ceraluminum lid from ASUS, paired with an OLED display in a 16:10 layout for additional vertical room in documents and web pages.

The feature list also includes Dolby Atmos-enhanced speakers, keyboard backlighting, a larger gesture-capable touchpad, USB-C, USB Type-A, HDMI and a headphone jack.

Retail availability now moves the announcement from specification sheet to channel execution.

ASUS says the Zenbook 14 models will be offered nationwide through official ASUS Exclusive Stores, with packages that add Office 2024 Home, a sleeve, cloud storage promotions, Microsoft 365 Basic and Google AI Pro.
