Back End News reported that The Loop X's SM North EDSA branch is now operating as the retailer's first flagship, turning a device shop into a hands-on space for phones, computers, wearables and accessories.

The store sits on the third floor of the mall annex and is designed around comparison rather than shelf browsing alone.

Shoppers can move between Apple and Android products, gaming devices and lifestyle technology before deciding which hardware or accessories fit the upgrade they have in mind.

That workflow is the main change behind the flagship.

Dedicated areas give visitors three different ways to test products: virtual-reality demos, a driving setup and a wall for comparing sound equipment before purchase.

The layout makes product testing part of the shopping trip, not a separate demonstration.

The merchandise range also widens the store's role.

The Loop X carries the full Apple lineup alongside devices and accessories from Samsung, realme, Xiaomi, Tecno, Huawei, Honor, Nubia, Vivo, Oppo and Nintendo.

Lifestyle names including Oura, Plaid, Amazfit and Rokid sit in the same space, giving the branch a broader mix than a single-brand showroom.

Accessories get their own wall for mobile add-ons and customization products.

His and Hers concept displays assemble suggested pairings, offering shoppers examples of how devices and accessories can be used together instead of leaving each item as an isolated purchase.

The flagship adds one more layer with The Loop Bar, an in-store matcha counter where customers can sit while considering a purchase.

Together with the experience zones and product displays, the SM North EDSA branch presents The Loop X's "Xperience, Xplore, and Xcape" concept as a retail format built around interaction, comparison and time spent inside the store.
