Qatar Weekly Property Deals Reach $155m As Doha Leads Activity
Economy Middle East cited Ministry of Justice data putting Qatar’s weekly real estate transactions at QAR565.3 million ($155 million), led by Doha and supported by residential-unit contracts.

QAR565.3 million ($155 million) was the weekly property total reported by Qatar’s Real Estate Registration Department for the week ending July 2, with Doha leading activity and residential-unit contracts adding a separate QAR82.52 million component.
Economy Middle East cited Ministry of Justice data recording QAR482.77 million in registered sale contracts for the June 28 to July 2 period.
For comparison, the previous reporting period was QAR383.03 million, according to the cited figures.
Weekly Ledger Rose From QAR383 Million
The latest figures recorded a higher weekly transaction value than the previous reporting period.
The ministry data covers registered transactions rather than a full market valuation.
The traded asset list spanned undeveloped land, houses, residential buildings, residential compounds, residential units and mixed-use buildings with commercial, administrative or residential components.
The weekly ledger includes multiple property categories in the same reporting window.
Doha Led A Wider Municipal Spread
Doha led activity, but the same weekly registration data also covered Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, Al Daayen and Al Shamal.
The outlet said the development-area list included Lusail 69, The Pearl Island, Al Kharaej, Ghar Thuaileb, Al Qatifiyah, Al Mashaf, Al Wukair and Umm Al Amad.
The published registration list covered established urban districts and newer residential communities beyond central Doha.
Largest Deal Remains Outside The Public Data
The ministry data records QAR565.3 million in registered transactions for the reporting week.
The largest transaction, buyer and seller profiles, financing terms or transaction counts behind that total remain outside the public record.
