Brahma AI Raises US$150 Million Toward Digital-Human Launch
Brahma AI raised US$150 million through preferred shares, including US$100 million from Multiples Alternate Asset Management, to expand an enterprise AI content platform and prepare interactive digital humans.

Frontier Enterprise reported that Brahma AI has raised US$150 million through preferred shares, including a US$100 million investment from Multiples Alternate Asset Management, as the company moves toward launching interactive digital humans for enterprise customers.
The company has also received a further US$100 million of investor interest.
The transaction gives Brahma AI a named institutional backer for an AI-native operating system built around enterprise audiovisual content.
Its target markets are media and entertainment, sports, healthcare and advertising, with Warner Bros, the NBA and Mayo Clinic named as global anchor customers and Google, Hakuhodo and DNEG listed as strategic distribution partners.
That customer and partner roster explains why the funding is tied to a platform build-out rather than a single content tool.
Founder and CEO Prabhu Narasimhan built the company around technology and capabilities developed across DNEG, Metaphysic and Prime Focus Technologies, combining content intelligence and management with AI creation tools for visual AI, digital humans, voice and multilingual performance.
Multiples founder, managing director and CEO Renuka Ramnath said the investment rests on the view that every enterprise is becoming a content enterprise.
Multiples plans to support Brahma AI through research and development, global market expansion, and talent and process build-out as the category develops.
The next operating marker is product delivery.
Narasimhan said Brahma AI is close to launching interactive digital humans and is being built to remain model agnostic.
He also identified security, authenticity and provenance as important parts of the platform, making those controls part of the launch agenda rather than an afterthought to the funding round.
