Gaming, esports and sports marketing are now named parts of the 2026 awards structure.

Campaign Middle East's category guidance says gaming and esports entries should show work across gaming communities, streamer partnerships, esports tournaments, virtual environments, branded content, platform behaviour and youth culture.

Creator partnerships also get a more formal test.
