Inntelo AI To Put Hospitality Agents Across HFTP Sites And Events
UKTN reported that Inntelo AI will deploy hospitality-focused agents across HFTP websites, publications and events, adding multilingual enquiry handling for a network spanning 83 chapters in 46 countries.

UKTN reported that Inntelo AI has signed a partnership with Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals to place AI agents across the association’s websites, publications and event channels.
The deployment gives the hospitality technology company access to a broad industry network rather than a single hotel customer.
HFTP’s web properties and media titles include Hospitality Upgrade, Hotel Online, Clubs Online and HFTP News, and the same agent layer is due to appear at HFTP events including the HITEC hospitality technology conference.
The rollout sequence starts with routine digital contact.
Member, attendee and exhibitor questions will be handled by Inntelo’s agents across more than 50 languages.
Requests that cannot be completed automatically are then passed to the relevant HFTP team, keeping the system positioned as a triage and routing layer rather than a full replacement for staff.
That workflow matters because HFTP reaches a large hospitality audience.
The association has 83 chapters across 46 countries and says its media publications have about 100,000 opt-in subscribers.
This year’s HITEC event in San Antonio drew more than 6,100 attendees and more than 400 exhibitors, creating a recurring event base for the agent deployment.
Inntelo is using the agreement to extend a hospitality-specific AI product already sold into hotel operations.
The company develops agents for automating hotel-guest interactions, with the technology deployed across more than 30,000 hotel rooms.
Customer sites include CIEL Dubai Marina, part of IHG’s Vignette Collection, CityBlue Hotels in Africa and The Gate London City.
The second step is commercial proof.
Inntelo’s vendor metrics put automation at 98% of guest interactions across customer locations, with an average saving of 17 minutes for each guest enquiry.
Hotels using the technology are also linked to an average 32% increase in in-stay revenue, a claim that should be read as company-reported performance rather than independent measurement.
Asif Alidina, Inntelo AI’s co-founder and chief executive, framed the partnership as validation for hospitality-built automation while stressing that the sector should remain “human first.” The practical test for the HFTP deal is whether one multilingual agent system can move from websites and media titles into live-event operations while still escalating harder requests to people.
The partnership therefore turns Inntelo’s hotel-room footprint into an association-scale deployment.
Its first hurdle is operational coverage across HFTP’s channels; its measurable promise is the company’s stated mix of 98% automation, 17 minutes saved per enquiry and 32% higher in-stay revenue.
